GROB mixer units for fore-hearth systems drastically improved once again

GROB mixer unit systems for glass fore-hearths and feeders have been in use for many years. The main features required from them are reliability and durability. Ease of use, including raising and lowering the mixer units bridges, has been improved as have the bearings and the electronically controlled drive system.

Constructive modifications have also allows the weight of the movable mixer units bridges being drastically reduced. These improvements can generally also be retrofitted or modified on existing systems.

GROB mixer units systems are available in the form of single mixers to quadruple mixer unit batteries and to suit the specific application they can also be supplied with water-cooled shafts (for example in the form of single mixer units for manual discharge or sphere feeders).
